When using the Alwibaba Internal Portal, the following data context applies:
- System Logs: Standard internal network logging applies. We log IP addresses, access timestamps, and browser configurations for security monitoring.
- Local Data: The custom links you add to your dashboard are saved locally on your machine using standard Web Storage APIs (`localStorage`). These links are not transmitted to or stored on centralized Alwibaba servers.
Use of Information
The information logged centrally by Alwibaba IT is used solely for the following operational purposes:
- To monitor the security and integrity of internal resources.
- To troubleshoot connectivity and access issues.
- To audit compliance with internal IT policies.
Data Protection
Alwibaba utilizes secure, encrypted internal networks to protect data in transit. Employees are expected to contribute to this security posture by locking unattended workstations and never sharing credentials.
